Returns and Refund Policy for Cobros Bone Broth

1. Returns:

We accept returns on products within 14 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.
Please contact our customer service team at customer-service@cobrosbonebroth.com to initiate the return process. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the reason for the return.

2. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

3. Non-Refundable Items:

Perishable goods, such as our bone broth products, are exempt from being returned. We cannot offer refunds on these items unless they are damaged or defective.

4. Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide clear photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

5. Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellations are not guaranteed, as orders may have already been processed and shipped.

6. Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part or the product is damaged or defective.
